Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 melons
- 4 slices of Parma ham
- 200 g of parmesan
- 100 g of gorgonzola
- 100 g of mozzarella cubes
- 50 g of pine nuts
- fresh basil
- 1/2 lemon
Cut the melons in half and scoop them out. Cut the flesh into small cubes or thin slices and arrange in a dish. Add the ham cut into strips, then the parmesan in shavings, the gorgonzola in pieces and the mozzarella cubes. Add the pine nuts, basil and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Serve everything in the scooped-out melon halves.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
Make roses using the peels of a tomato. Keep the melon juice to moisten everything with a drizzle of olive oil.
