Ingredients for 4 servings
- 200 g of glasswort, well sorted without firm branches
- 1 beautiful sandy carrot, peeled and finely grated
- 2 apricots not too ripe, pitted and cut into small dice
- cider vinegar
- hazelnut oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper
1- Rinse the glasswort well and dry it.
2- 30 minutes before, pour the vinegar into a salad bowl, salt and pepper
then add the hazelnut oil and mix well.
3- Add the apricot dice and carrots, mix then add your glasswort.
4- Just before eating, mix to combine the glasswort.
Arrange on a nice round salad bowl.
