1- Place your seaweed in a tea ball then pour 1 liter of water, salt and add your turmeric at a boil, pour your pasta then when it returns to a boil stop the heat and cover for 15 minutes of resting.
2- Meanwhile in a salad bowl pour the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper with Timut pepper then add all your garnishes.
3- There you have it, the pasta is cooked, drain it and pour it into your salad bowl and mix well with the other elements, test the seasoning then when everything is well cooled, refrigerate for 24 hours (to develop flavor).
Arrange elegantly on beautiful plates.
