Ingredients for 8 servings
- Mousse mayonnaise sauce for 6 to 8 people:
- 1 bowl of very firm mayonnaise
- a few drops of lemon or grapefruit juice
- 1 dl of liquid cream 30%
- salt white pepper from the mill
1- Place your bowl of liquid cream seasoned with salt and pepper and put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
2- Take it out and whip your cream until firm.
3- Whip a very firm mayonnaise.
4- Then pour your whipped cream and mix it with a wooden spatula, add a few drops of lemon or grapefruit juice and you will obtain a delicious mousse mayonnaise sauce!
