Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 fresh salmon fillets without bones.
- 1 lemon
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of mustard
- salt and pepper
- fresh thyme and chopped parsley
1/ Prepare 4 squares of parchment paper (1 per fillet).
2/ Place a salmon fillet on the square of parchment paper, add 1 squeeze of lemon juice then place a tomato cut into slices, add a tablespoon of mustard (to spread on the tomato) add the thyme, flat parsley, salt and pepper. Close the papillote.
3/ Repeat the operation for the remaining 3, then bake for 3 minutes in the microwave.(a bit longer if the fillets are thick).
Serve immediately after opening (be careful it's hot). Enjoy!!!
