Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 puff pastry
- 400 g endive
- 150 g brie
- 50 g crushed walnuts
- 100 g fromage blanc
- 2 eggs
- 10 cl milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 10 sprigs chives
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt, pepper
1- Cut the endives into strips, wash and drain them.
2- In a pan with hot oil, sweat the endives for about 3 minutes, add the honey and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3- In a bowl, mix the eggs, fromage blanc and milk. Add the chives and pepper.
4- Unroll the pastry and prick the bottom. Spread the endives, pour the fromage blanc mixture over them.
5- Cut brie slices and place them on top.
6- Bake for about 35 minutes.
Serve warm with a salad dressed in walnut oil.
