Ingredients for 6 servings
- 70 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 120 g of dark chocolate
- 50 cl of thick fresh cream
- Shortbread pastry
- Puff or shortcrust pastry for tart pan
1- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate broken into pieces over low heat in two tablespoons of water until you obtain a smooth mixture.
2- Add all the sugar, continue mixing with a whisk.
3- Add the eggs one by one, continue mixing with a whisk.
4- Add the thick fresh cream and mix.
5- Line the mold with the tart pastry, prick it with a fork, pour the mixture on top.
6- Put in the oven at 180°c for 25 minutes. Prick to see if it is cooked to your liking.
