Ingredients for 6 servings
- 500 g medium semolina
- 100 g butter
- 150 g melted honey
- a small teaspoon of cinnamon
1- sift the semolina.
2- toast it in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, until it takes on a slightly golden color.
3- Let cool.
4- Melt the butter in a saucepan over the heat, add the honey.
5- Mix the semolina with the butter and honey, pour into plates. Decorate the surface with cinnamon.
