  • 4 vine tomatoes
  • 140 g fresh goat cheese
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 zucchini unpeeled and cut into batons
  • 1/2 blanched tomato, emptied and diced
  • 60 g green beans
  • 15 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 1/2 garlic cloves, deveined and finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and ground pepper
