Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 3 "Roma" Tomatoes from the garden, untreated just rinsed with water
  • 1 beautiful ball of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana
  • fine sea salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 6 cl of rice vinegar
  • 10 cl of olive oil (from Puglia if possible)
  • 20 g of "organic" pink peppercorns (Madagascar)
  • 1 small bunch of fresh basil from the garden just rinsed with water
