Ingredients
- 500 g pastry flour
- 225 g water
- 10 g salt
- 60 g butter
- 80 g olive oil
- 8 Swiss chard stalks
- 2 apples
- 280 g mozzarella
- 280 g ham
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 70 g pine nuts
For the filling to be made the day before:
1 – Wash and slice the Swiss chard greens.
2 – Peel the chard stalks, cook in water for 15 minutes, drain well and slice finely.
3 – Prepare the ingredients: cut the apples into 6 pieces, the mozzarella into small cubes, the ham into strips and leave the eggs whole.
4 – Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight before using!
For the dough:
1 – Mix the flour and salt
2 – Add the olive oil and water
3 – Mix until you obtain a coarse dough
4 – incorporate the softened butter.
5 - Let rest for at least one hour.
6 - Spread half the dough at the bottom of a dish, letting it overflow slightly.
7 - Fill with the filling.
Close with another circle of dough, pressing it well together, create a small chimney, brush the top.
8 - Bake in a hot oven at approximately 200°c.
Watch the color of the dough to stop cooking.
