  • 500 g pastry flour
  • 225 g water
  • 10 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 80 g olive oil
For the filling:
  • 8 Swiss chard stalks
  • 2 apples
  • 280 g mozzarella
  • 280 g ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 70 g pine nuts
