Ingredients
- 1 kg of pork ribs,
- 6 cloves of garlic chopped,
- 25 cl of white wine,
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste,
- piri-piri
- bay leaf
- salt
- BBQ sauce
1- Prepare all ingredients. Mix all sauce ingredients, cold.
2- Prepare the pork ribs.
To do this, trim and pare the pieces. Cut into portions.
Place the ribs in a container (preferably plastic) and cover them with marinade.
Cover the container with plastic wrap.
Let the meat marinate for 12 hours in the cold without forgetting to turn the pieces often.
3- Remove the pieces from the marinade and place them on a BBQ plate.
Coat all the pork ribs with the marinade and place on the BBQ plate.
4- Turn the meat from time to time as the ribs cook, a crust will form that will caramelize. At the end of cooking, add the BBQ sauce with a brush and serve with fries or rice, as you like, bon appétit.
