Ingredients
- 300 g of flour
- 100 g of melted butter
- 10 cl of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
- 500 g of ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 g of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
Mix all the dough ingredients, form two balls, on one side you will add the food coloring of your choice.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate while preparing the filling
Mix the filling ingredients until you obtain a malleable paste so as to form small balls of approximately 1.5 cm in diameter.
Roll out the white dough thinly using a rolling pin
Preheat your oven to 200°(th6-7)
Cut 5 cm squares using a pastry wheel
Cut each side in the middle, being careful not to cut to the center
Place a ball of filling in the center
Fold each corner to the center

Roll out the colored dough and cut small pink flowers using a cutter that you will fix using an almond or food pearl
Bake for approximately 15 minutes until they are lightly golden.
When removed from the oven, immediately dip them in honey and cover with glitter.
