Ingredients
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 250 g (8.75 oz) mozzarella balls
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano or Herbes de Provence
- 1 bunch of basil
- cracked pepper
Marinate the mozzarella balls with 1 tbsp oil, cracked pepper and oregano
Thread alternating cherry tomatoes, basil and mozzarella onto skewers
Prepare 8 skewers in this way
Dilute the tapenade with the remaining oil
Add the remaining chopped basil
Serve the sauce separately
