Ingredients for 25 servings
- 100 g (3.5 oz) soft butter
- 100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
- 100 g (3.5 oz) brown sugar
- 225 g (8 oz) flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g (3.5 oz) almond powder
- 180 g (6.25 oz) chocolate chips
1 So I mixed 100g (3.5 oz) of soft butter with 100g (3.5 oz) of sugar and 110g (3.9 oz) of brown sugar.
2/ I added 225g (8 oz) of flour, 1/2 packet of baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and 2 eggs then I mixed.
3/ I added 100g (3.5 oz) of almond powder and 180g (6.25 oz) of chocolate chips and I combined everything.
4/ I made small mounds and put them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. I took out my cookies and let them cool down before removing them.
