Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 175 g (6.25 oz) icing sugar
- 150 g (5.25 oz) unsalted butter
- 50 g (1.75 oz) flour
- 85 g (3 oz) almond powder
- 3 cl (1 fl oz) rose water
- 5 drops food coloring
1 Preheat the oven to 180°.
2/ Using a spatula mix the egg whites, sugar, flour and almond powder.
3/ Cook the butter until it reaches a hazelnut color, then mix everything together. Add the rose water and food coloring, mix.
4/ Pour the batter into silicone molds to a height of 2cm, bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
