1 Preheat the oven to 180°. 2/ Using a spatula mix the egg whites, sugar, flour and almond powder. 3/ Cook the butter until it reaches a hazelnut color, then mix everything together. Add the rose water and food coloring, mix. 4/ Pour the batter into silicone molds to a height of 2cm, bake at 180° for 15 minutes.

Beautiful recipe, for the best result clarify your butter (remove the whey) and then make your hazelnut butter. Small delights to accompany a steaming mint tea.
