Ingredients

  • My chocolate hazelnut cookies for approximately 30 pieces:
  • 6.25 oz (180 g) of fine butter (cultured if you can find it) softened to a paste.
  • 6.25 oz (180 g) of caster sugar
  • 2 whole farm eggs
  • 10 oz (280 g) of sifted flour mixed with 4 g of baking powder
  • the scraped inside of a vanilla pod (or 2 sachets of vanilla sugar)
  • 1.75 oz (50 g) of dark chocolate chips (60%)
  • 1.75 oz (50 g) of roasted hazelnuts (just pan-toasted without anything) and chopped.
