Ingredients
- My chocolate hazelnut cookies for approximately 30 pieces:
- 180 g (6.25 oz) of fine butter (cultured if you can find it) softened to a paste.
- 180 g (6.25 oz) of caster sugar
- 2 whole farm eggs
- 280 g (10 oz) of sifted flour mixed with 4 g of baking powder
- the scraped inside of a vanilla pod (or 2 sachets of vanilla sugar)
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of dark chocolate chips (60%)
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of roasted hazelnuts (just pan-toasted without anything) and chopped.
