  • Christmas hazelnut croissants for about thirty biscuits for people:
  • 150 g (5.25 oz) of type 55 flour
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) of caster sugar
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) of butter
  • 50 g (1.75 oz) of hazelnut powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Icing sugar (to sprinkle on the biscuits)
