  • Christmas hazelnut croissants for about thirty biscuits for people:
  • 5.25 oz (150 g) of type 55 flour
  • 0.7 oz (20 g) of caster sugar
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) of butter
  • 1.75 oz (50 g) of hazelnut powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Icing sugar (to sprinkle on the biscuits)
