Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 ripe mango
- 2 slices of Parma ham
- Sichuan berries
- Chives or basil
- Vanilla olive oil
1 Wash and peel the mango
2 Cut it into small dice
3 Slice the Parma ham into fine strips
4 Put the mango dice and ham in a salad bowl
5 Season with crushed Sichuan berries and vanilla olive oil
6 Mix gently
7 Serve on appetizer spoons and enjoy well chilled
