It may not be exactly "by the book" but it corresponds not only to my taste but also to those who have tasted it

Ingredients
Chef Patricio's Guacamole recipe (smiles):
4 ripe avocados
2 blanched tomatoes, emptied and flesh cut into dice
4 garlic cloves, deseeded, crushed and chopped
1 large red onion, peeled and cut into dice (or 3 small white and green spring onions)
1 small fresh red (or green) chili, deseeded, cut into small dice
1 juice of lime
1 hint of olive oil
a little chopped cilantro*
fine salt.
Step-by-step directions
Usually this recipe is prepared with a mortar and pestle but I find that with a blender its texture is finer.
1 Cut your avocados in half without damaging the shells.
2 In the blender or bowl, place the flesh of the avocados then add all the elements of the recipe by running or mixing 1 by 1 the different elements for 10 seconds.
3 At the end add a few drops of olive oil and the diced tomatoes then taste to check the flavor.
4 Then on a nice round dish line up your 8 avocado shells and with a piping bag or spoon fill them with your guacamole, a ½ cherry tomato and a sprig of cilantro as decoration on each will allow you to present a nice appetizer. * Cilantro to be added according to each person's taste.
