  • 14 oz (400 g) fine semolina of good quality
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) candied yellow and red peppers diced
  • 1 beautiful young hollyhock stem scraped (like an asparagus) diced into small pieces and quickly sautéed in olive oil
  • 2 garden tomatoes blanched and diced
  • 1 clove garlic, degemmed and chopped
  • 1.25 cups (30 cl) seawater or salted mineral water
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon harissa
  • Fine sea salt
