Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 100 gr of caster sugar
- 140 gr of almond powder
- 1 finely chopped lemon zest.
- Crush three cloves with the bottom of a saucepan or a hammer. To this clove powder, add 20 gr of caster sugar and 10 gr of ground cinnamon. Mix everything and pass through a fine sieve.
