Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of 60% dark chocolate grated
- 120 g of butter cut into small cubes
- 100 g of brown sugar (muscovado)
- 300 g of flour
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 20 cl of milk
Melt the chocolate cut into pieces in a double boiler with the butter.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the flour in a thin stream while continuing to beat and the milk.
Divide the batter in two, transfer half to a bowl and add the melted chocolate. Mix well.
Then proceed to fill the molds by putting a spoonful of "white" batter, then another of chocolate.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
