Ingredients
- Stracciatella muffins with Nutella for 10 large muffins:
- 4 heaping tablespoons of Nutella
- 1 plain yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 220 g (7.75 oz) flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 cl (1.7 fl oz) canola oil
- 100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
1 Preheat the oven to 180°c (355°F).
2/ In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the yogurt, oil and salt. Mix again until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous preparation.
3/ Mix the flour and baking powder. Sift them and incorporate them gradually with a wooden spatula to the mixture, mix until the batter is smooth.
4/ Distribute the preparation into silicone muffin molds, until halfway up.
5/ Heat the Nutella for a few seconds in the microwave to soften it.
6/ Place a small tablespoon of Nutella on top of each muffin. In each indentation, push a pointed object into the center of the preparation (a chopstick for me), turn gently to form Nutella swirls inside the batter. Bake for 25 minutes.
7/ Unmold and let cool on a rack.
