Ingredients
- 150 g (5.25 oz) flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g (2.1 oz) shredded coconut
- 100 g (3.5 oz) soft butter
- 130 g (4.5 oz) sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml (0.5 cup) milk
- 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate chips
1 Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and coconut.
2/ In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until you get a fluffy mixture.
3/ Add the vanilla sugar, eggs one by one, the flour mixture and the milk.
4/ Then the chocolate without overworking the batter.
5/ Preheat your oven to 180° C (355°F).
6/ Fill the muffin cases.
7/ Bake for 20 minutes (watch the cooking: golden but not burnt).
Let cool before tasting!
