Ingredients for 4 servings
FILLETS:
- 4 salmon fillets of 150/200 grams depending on appetite.
- 4 tablespoons of good olive oil.
- 8 thick slices of lemon.
- 4 lengths of 50cm of reinforced aluminum foil.
- 2.1 cups (50 cl) of crème fraîche.
- 2 tablespoons of strong Dijon mustard.
- 1 nice bunch of chives finely chopped.
Step-by-step recipe
FILLETS:
Pour the olive oil into the crumpled aluminum foil, place 2 lemon slices, then the salted and peppered salmon, seal the foil in a parcel.
SAUCE:
Mix all ingredients, salt, pepper, heat until first boil and coat the fillets once cooked.
COOKING:
On BBQ: 15 minutes on BBQ with low coals.
In a traditional oven, 15 minutes at 345°F (175°C) preheated beforehand.

Good recipe. In your sauce, you can add for example a few capers and especially be careful not to add the mustard until the end because it doesn't like boiling too much.
