- 1 small red onion sliced
- 40 g (1.4 oz) of sliced colored bell peppers
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of artichoke hearts in slices
- 1 eggplant in grilled slices
- a little arugula salad
- a few cherry tomatoes
- 10 g (0.4 oz) of toasted pine nuts
- a few drops of truffle balsamic cream
