Step-by-step directions
1 Mix all ingredients together to obtain a soft dough.
2 Line a tart pan with parchment paper. Pour the dough into it.
3 Pre-bake the dough in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 355°F (180°C).
4 When removing from the oven, immediately add the tomato sauce, tofu, tomatoes, goat cheese and malt yeast.
5 And bake again without delay, to prevent the dough from becoming fragile when in contact with the toppings for 5 minutes.
