Recipe: CHICKEN WITH WHISKY

1 Bard the chicken, salt it, pepper it and add a drizzle of olive oil. Preheat the oven to medium temperature (220° or thermostat 7) for 10 minutes.

2 Pour yourself a glass of whisky and drink it.

3 Put the chicken in the oven in an appropriate baking dish.

4 Pour yourself two glasses of whisky and drink them.

5 After a quarter hour, you can open it and check the chicken's cooking.

6 Take the bottle of whisky and have a good swig.

7 After a quarter... a quarter of an hour.... a while, stagger to the oven.

8 Open the door, turn it over, turn it over, ....., put the chicken the other way

9 Sit on a damn chair and have 5 or 6 glasses of whisky.

10 Cook, cook, cook the chicken for a half hour.

11 And there! 5 more glasses. Have another good pour of chicken... no whisky...

12 Pick up the chicken (it fell on the floor!), wipe it and throw it on a plate.

13 Fall on your face because of the grease on the kitchen floor. Don't try to get up.

14 Decide you're comfortable on the floor and finish the bottle of whisky.
Later, crawl to bed, sleep what's left of the night.
- The next morning, take an Alka Seltzer, eat the cold chicken with tube mayonnaise and clean up the mess you made in the kitchen.
