Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 3.25 lb (1.5 kg) of squash (or zucchini)
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) of brown sugar
  • 2.8 oz (80 g) of melted butter
  • 1.75 oz (50 g) of raisins soaked in rum
  • 3 eggs
mixture:
  • 1 pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
  • milk (according to weight of cooked squash)
