  • 75 cl (3.2 cups) whole milk
  • 5 farm eggs
  • 150 g (5.25 oz) powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod cut in half
  • 180 g (6.25 oz) good ladyfinger biscuits
  • 110 g (3.9 oz) candied fruits (angelica, melon, cherry etc)
  • 4 cl (1.4 fl oz) Kirsch
