  • 3.2 cups (75 cl) whole milk
  • 5 farm eggs
  • 5.25 oz (150 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod cut in half
  • 6.25 oz (180 g) good ladyfinger biscuits
  • 3.9 oz (110 g) candied fruits (angelica, melon, cherry etc)
  • 1.4 fl oz (4 cl) Kirsch
