Ingredients for 8 servings
- Diplomatic Pudding as my chef Barbarin from Ferrandi taught me
- 1 large or 2 tall Charlotte molds
- 75 cl (3.2 cups) whole milk
- 5 farm eggs
- 150 g (5.25 oz) powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla pod cut in half
- 180 g (6.25 oz) good ladyfinger biscuits
- 110 g (3.9 oz) candied fruits (angelica, melon, cherry etc)
- 4 cl (1.4 fl oz) Kirsch
