A shortcut on your phone for one-tap access.
How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
4.4 oz (125 gr) mixed young greens or not (with arugula according to taste)
some plain seeds (sunflower, pine nuts, flax etc...)
for the dressing:
salt (Himalayan, more flavorful)
white pepper
balsamic vinegar (white preferably to not dull the color palette)
a few fresh mint leaves
optionally a few sprays of olive oil
Step-by-step directions
- peel the citrus fruits completely - segment the grapefruit quarters and cut the oranges into dice - cut the strawberries as preferred: in slices or in quarters: it's according to the artist's inspiration - lay the young greens on the plate and arrange the ingredients according to inspiration. finish with the seeds and chopped mint. - season at the last moment or serve with oil and vinegar sprays.

A curious and original salad for example where to find white balsamic vinegar? and Himalayan salt? you can also make this citrus salad with shrimp tails and beet sprouts.
