Ingredients

  2. 1 teaspoon of strong mustard
  3. 1 teaspoon of good vinegar
  4. 3 dl of rapeseed oil (for example)
  5. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  6. Chopped capers, pickles, and fresh herbs (flat parsley or chives)
