How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
Spicy mango soup comes from Southeast Asian kitchens, where you blend the sweetness of the fruit with anise and ginger. Here we serve it cold, it's a dessert that's a bit different. Two ripe mangoes, fresh orange juice and lime juice, four star anise, and you have something that's ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 servings

2 mangoes
Juice of 4 oranges
2 limes
4 star anise
Fresh ginger, thinly sliced
1 lemongrass stalk
1.75 oz (50 g) brown sugar
Fresh mint leaves
Shredded coconut
Step-by-step recipe
1 Put the citrus juices, star anise, sliced lemongrass and ginger in a saucepan, then bring to a boil to make a syrup.
2 Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3 Strain the syrup and add the mangoes cut into pieces.
4 Let it simmer for another 2 minutes, no more.
5 Blend everything and let it cool.
6 Then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
7 Serve in small glasses.
8 Decorate to your taste with star anise or shredded coconut.
9 Enjoy well chilled.
10 You can zest 1 lime and one orange to decorate at the end. In that case, candied them in the syrup.
