Recipe: Brie, Walnut and Endive Tart
Step-by-step directions
1 Cut the endives into strips, wash and drain them.
2 In a pan with hot oil, sweat the endives for about 3 minutes, add the honey and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3 In a bowl, mix the eggs, fromage blanc and milk. Add the chives and pepper.
4 Unroll the pastry and prick the bottom. Spread the endives, pour the fromage blanc mixture over them.
5 Cut brie slices and place them on top.
6 Bake for about 35 minutes.
Serve warm with a salad dressed in walnut oil.
