Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 200 g of munster
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of light cream
- 1 pinch of cumin seeds
- Salt, pepper
1 Cut the munster into cubes keeping the rind.
2 Beat the eggs as for an omelette then add the cream and cheese cubes. Salt, pepper and mix.
3 Preheat the oven to 210° (th.7).
4 Spread the pastry in a tart pan, prick the bottom and pour the munster cream.
5 Sprinkle with cumin and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve with a chicory salad.
