Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 large tomatoes
- 200 g (7 oz) pink shrimp tails
- 1 garlic clove, germ removed
- 150 g (5.25 oz) rice
- salt and pepper
1 Cook the rice in salted boiling water, drain and rinse it.
2/ Hollow out the tomatoes and remove the inside which you will keep, salt and pepper lightly.
3/ Make sauté the shrimp in a pan with a little olive oil and a bit of garlic, salt and pepper with freshly ground pepper
4/ Preheat your oven to 190°(th6)
Mix the rice, the insides of the tomatoes, the shrimp tails and a bit of garlic season then
fill the tomatoes, lightly oil a baking dish and bake the tomatoes for 30 min th6 (190°).
Serve the tomatoes in a nice round dish
