Ingredients for 8 servings
- 180 g (6.25 oz) of flour
- 180 g (6.25 oz) of powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 180 g (6.25 oz) of salted butter
- blackcurrant jam
1 Mix the sugar and melted butter
2 Add the eggs one by one alternating with the flour
3 Place in a mold for 35 minutes at 180°
4 Let cool on a rack
5 Cut the cake in half and spread the blackcurrant jam
6 Dust with powdered sugar
