Ingredients
- 1 bowl of fine semolina
- 1/2 bowl of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp brewer's yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- about 2 bowls of lukewarm water
- honey butter
1- in the blender put the water salt sugar yeast
2- add the semolina and flour with the baking powder packet mix well
3- pour everything into a large bowl and let it rise
4- heat a non-stick pan
5- Pour a ladle in the middle the liquid will spread and holes will form, the baghrir is ready
6- stack them back to back
do not flip in the pan
heat butter + honey or serve separately according to taste
enjoy hot or warm
