Ingredients for 8 servings

  • 6 sheets gelatin (approximately 10 g)
  • 1/2 liter of custard cream:
with 5 egg yolks
  • 120 g of caster sugar + 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 liter of milk
whipped cream:
  • 3.5 dl of liquid cream or fresh cream
  • 10 g of powdered sugar
for the flavors:
  • 4 to 5 drops of vanilla extract
  • 50 g of dark chocolate 60% minimum
  • 10 g of chocolate sprinkles
