Ingredients for 4 servings
- 8 brick sheets
- 1 can (4/4) of tuna in natural juice
- 8 eggs
- 60 g of butter
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds toasted dry
- salt pepper
1/ Melt the butter in a saucepan without browning.
2/ Drain and shred the tuna
Separate the brick sheets. Spread them on the work surface and brush them with butter.
3/ Scatter the tuna flakes in the center of each brick sheet. Form discs about the diameter of a saucer.
4/ Break an egg on each small pile, season.
Fold the sides of the bricks starting from the top and bottom, then those on the right and left so as to trap the filling.
5/ Heat the oil in a large sauté pan. Fry the bricks in batches on one side for 4 minutes. Turn them over and fry for 3 minutes on the other side.
6/ Arrange the bricks on a platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Serve very hot
You can also add crumbled feta.
