Ingredients for 6 servings
- This is a very simple recipe which will put your taste buds in extasy.
- 48 Oysters
- 48 Paper thin, Slices of cured duck magret
- 150g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of chives, washed and finely chopped.

Open your oysters, take the flesh out and place them on a clean kitchen cloth. Wrap each oyster with a slice of cured duck (you will trim the fat and cut each slices in their width).
Then slip eight wrapped oysters into each kebabs.
Put your grill on and when it is hot, cook your kebabs for 3 minutes on each sides.
Serve them straight away with some melted butter in which you will have added some lemon juice and finely chopped chives.
