Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 sheets of pastry dough
- béchamel sauce
- mushrooms
- bacon bits
- mozzarella
- tomatoes
- bell peppers
- onions
1- Cut the pastry into 3 pieces in height and then 3 pieces in width.
2- Make a béchamel sauce.
3- Sauté the mushrooms, bacon bits, onions and bell peppers in a pan.
4- Mix the different ingredients as you like and close the pastry by bringing the 4 corners to the center. You can also use a croissant party product from a storage box brand.
5- Wrap in aluminum foil and place on the barbecue grill. Let cook for 20 minutes and check for doneness.
