Ingredients for 6 servings
- 200 g of whole liquid cream
- 20 cl of milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 260 g of sugar
- 120 g of cornstarch
- Sufficient quantity of pears to place at the bottom of the dish
1- Preheat your oven to 180°C;
2- In a bowl, mix the sugar and cornstarch.
3- Mix in a mixer the milk and cream, the sugar and cornstarch.
4- Add the eggs and egg yolks and continue to mix.
5- In an oven-safe dish, butter it, place the pears and pour the mixer preparation.
6- Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
Delicious with a chocolate coulis.
