Ingredients for 6 servings
- 4 apples.
- 55 g flour.
- 160 g sugar.
- 20 cl milk.
- 3 eggs.
- 20 cl crème fraîche.
- 10 g butter.
- 3 star anise.
- 1 tbsp calvados.
- 1 packet vanilla sugar.
- 1 vanilla pod.
- 1 pinch of salt.
1- Preheat the oven to 190° TH.6/7. Butter a dish approximately 27cm.
then sprinkle it with vanilla sugar, split the vanilla pod
and scrape the small seeds.
2- Mix them for 2 minutes with the vanilla seeds,
the sugar, the flour, the salt, the cream, the milk, the star anise reduced to powder, the lightly beaten eggs and the calvados.
3- Peel and cut the apples into quarters and arrange them
in a spiral in the baking dish. Pour the egg-based mixture into it.
Bake for 40 minutes, then serve warm.
