Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 mango
- 1 shallot
- 1 passion fruit
- A few drops of lemon juice
- 3 sprigs of basil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- salt, freshly ground pepper
1- Remove the skin and seeds from the cucumber.
2- Cut it into small cubes as well as the mango.
3- Finely chop the shallot and combine these preparations.
4- For the sauce: Cut the passion fruit and empty it into a bowl.
5- Whisk in the olive oil, oyster sauce then the lemon. Salt, pepper.
6- Pour over the salad and sprinkle with chopped basil.
