Ingredients for 4 servings
- 5 zucchini
- 2 white onions
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, germs removed and chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt pepper
1- Wash and dry the zucchini
2- Slice them into not too thin slices
3- Peel and slice the onions and garlic cloves
4- In a sauté pan, heat the oil without letting it smoke
5- Brown the zucchini and onions over high heat while stirring for a few minutes
Lower the heat
6- Add 1/2 glass of water, garlic and fennel seeds
7- Season with salt and pepper
8- Let cook over low heat for 20 minutes
Serve hot, sprinkled with flat parsley or with sliced poultry
