Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 ripe mango
- 2 slices of Parma ham
- Sichuan berries
- Chives or basil
- Vanilla olive oil
1- Wash and peel the mango
2- Cut it into small dice
3- Slice the Parma ham into fine strips
4- Put the mango dice and ham in a salad bowl
5- Season with crushed Sichuan berries and vanilla olive oil
6- Mix gently
7- Serve on appetizer spoons and enjoy well chilled
