Ingredients for 4 servings
- 50 g de beurre,50 g de farine, 400 ml de lait de coco.

- 4 cebettes, 20 g de beurre
- 2 tomates, 15 g de pâte de curry
- 1 jus de citron
- 1 cac de coriandre
- 10 ml de sauce soja
- 500 g de filet de poisson
1- Prepare the sauce and keep warm
2- Place the scallions in a dish with butter in a non-perforated dish, cover and steam for 4 minutes
3- Cut the tomatoes into dice and add them to the cooked onions, add the sauce, season with curry paste, lemon juice, soy sauce and coriander.
4- Cut the fish fillets into dice and place them in a non-perforated cooking dish (I put everything in the same dish, coat with sauce, and steam in a covered dish for 7 minutes)
5- I added the green asparagus 4 minutes before the end of cooking.
11 minutes and the meal is ready. I served it with small pumpkin flans sprinkled with bacon crumbles
