- 300 g of floury potatoes cooked in their skins

- the same yogurt pot of caster sugar
- 1 and a half yogurt pots of rice flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda or 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 beautiful "Bergeron" apricots if you can find them
- brown sugar
